Australia: Therapeutic Goods Administration advises not to use OxyElite Pro products |

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) advises that OxyELITE Pro capsules (New Formula) pose a serious risk to health and should not be taken.
The labelling of OxyELITE Pro capsules (New Formula) states the capsules contain Yohimbe which is a substance included in the Canadian Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.
OxyELITE Pro capsules with a Universal Product Code (UPC) barcode # 094922395573 is subject of a product safety alert and product recall in the United States of America and the supply of OxyELITE Pro capsules (New Formula) in Canada is illegal.
OxyELITE Pro capsules (New Formula) capsules have not been assessed by the TGA for quality, safety or efficacy as required under Australian legislation, and the place of manufacture is not approved by the TGA.
TGA investigations have shown that a number of people in Australia have bought the product online.

In Hong Kong, OxyELITE Pro products are not registered pharmaceutical products. Related news has been released by FDA, HSA, MHRA,Health Canada and CFDA and was posted on the Drug Office website on 9 October, 15 October, 19 October, 9 November, 11 November 2013, 16 November 2013, 21 November and 30 November 2013. A press release was issued to appeal the public not to buy or use oral product labeled as OxyELITE Pro on 9 October 2013.
