台灣：回收"瑞士"固糖平持續性藥效錠750毫克(二甲二脈) (Chinese only)

台灣衛生福利部食品藥物管理署公布，廠商自主回收效期內全批號由瑞士藥廠股份有限公司新市廠製造的"瑞士"固糖平持續性藥效錠750毫克(二甲二脈) Glucofit ER Tablets 750mg "SWISS"。

在香港，上述產品並非註冊藥劑製品。

現時，在香港共有122種註冊藥劑製品含有甲福明(metformin)。所有產品屬醫生處方藥物。
各海外藥物監管局早前已公布有關在甲福明產品中檢測到N-亞硝基二甲胺(NDMA)的消息，而相關資訊已從2019年12月5日起刊登於藥物辦公室的網頁，最新的更新亦已於2020年8月21日刊登。衞生署已在2019年12月6日發信通知本地醫護專業人員。衞生署已聯絡所有本地註冊甲福明產品的註冊證書持有人以跟進這事件的本地影響。衞生署已在本地市場收集含有甲福明產品的樣本進行化驗。在發現任何對公眾構成健康風險時，會盡快作出公布。以下為已發出公布的主要內容:
- 2020年3月11日，衞生署同意持牌藥物批發商全球藥業有限公司從市面回收3個批次的Metformin-Teva 500毫克藥片(HK-60334) (批號: 16532717, 16532817及16532917)，因產品可能含有雜質NDMA。
- 2020年7月22日，衞生署同意持牌藥物批發商新圖醫藥有限公司及何人可有限公司分別回收固糖平持續性藥效錠500毫克(Glucofit Extended-Release Tablets; HK-64640)和Diabetmin XR 長效500毫克藥片(HK-63333)。
- 2020年8月24日，衞生署同意持牌藥物批發商新圖醫藥有限公司回收固糖平膜衣錠500毫克(Glucofit Tablets; HK-64639)。

至今，衞生署接獲17宗涉及甲福明的藥物不良反應個案，但當中並沒有結論是與NDMA有關。衞生署會對這事件的發展和各海外藥物監管局就此藥物發出的安全更新保持警惕，以考慮任何必要的行動。

正在服用含有甲福明產品的病人不應自行停止服用藥物，他們應盡快向其醫護人員諮詢意見，以作適當安排。
