Health Canada announces that Pharmascience is recalling one lot of pms-MOXIFLOXACIN 0.5% Ophthalmic solution (lot number: 240518) from wholesalers and retailers because the assay is out of trend in the affected lot.
The product is indicated for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible strains of bacteria.
