Health Canada announces that Pharmascience Inc. is recalling three lots of PMS-Duloxetine 60 mg Delayed Release Capsule - 100 capsules and blisters of 30 capsules (lot numbers: 642678, 645166 and 646571) from retailers because the affected lots exceed the interim acceptable limit for N-nitroso-duloxetine (NDLX).

In Hong Kong, PMS-Duloxetine Delayed-Release Capsules 60mg (HK-65447) is a pharmaceutical product registered by Trenton-Boma Ltd. The product is a prescription-only medicine. As confirmed by the company, the affected lots have not been imported into Hong Kong.
