| The United Kingdom: Company led drug alert - Macopharma intravenous infusion bags |

Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announces that Macopharma is recalling certain batches of intravenous infusion bags listed below as a precaution. This is due to the detection of metal particles in two infusion bags. No incidents have been reported in the United Kingdom. The affected batches were delivered through 2017 with the last batch delivered in Nov 2018.
1) NACL 0,9% 250ML MACOFLEX (batch numbers: 17F15A, 17F23B, 17L08B, 18B20C, 18C08C, 18D05A, 18E23A, 18F08B, 18G10A, 18G11A)
2) NACL 0,9% 500ML MACOFLEX (batch numbers: 17L03A, 17L13B, 18A16C, 18A24A, 18A25A)
3) NACL 0,9% 1000ML MACOFLEX (batch numbers: 18B06A, 18B08B, 18B21B, 18B22B, 18B23A, 18C20A, 18D04A)
4) GLUCOSE 10% 500ML MACOFLEX (batch numbers: 17K29A, 18E12A)
5) RINGER LACTATE 500ML (batch numbers: 18C26A, 18D28A, 18F16A)
6) RINGER LACTATE 1000ML (batch numbers: 18B24A, 18C27A, 18C28A, 18F23A)
7) GLUCOSE 5% 250ML EASYFLEX N (batch number: 18F01A)
8) GLUCOSE 5% 500ML EASYFLEX N (batch number: 18D12B)
9) GLUCOSE 5% 250ML MACOFLEX (batch numbers: 17I15A, 18B16A)
10) NACL 0,9 %500 ML Easyflex N (batch number: 18E16A)
11) NACL 0,9% 1000ML Easyflex N (batch number: 17F14A)
12) NACL 0,9% 250ML (batch numbers: 17J26B, 18E17A)
