Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Sunward Pharmaceutical Pte Ltd is recalling 7 batches of Sunglucon Tablet 5 mg (batch number: 681/22001, 681/22002, 681/22003, 681/22004, 681/22005, 681/22006, 681/22023) to the retail level. The affected batches were recalled due to out-of-specification results for dissolution test.

In Hong Kong, Sunglucon Tab 5mg (HK-50362) is a pharmaceutical product registered by Primal Chemical Co Ltd (Primal). The product is a prescription-only medicine. As confirmed by Primal, the affected batches have not been imported into Hong Kong.
