Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Ziwell Medical (S) Pte Ltd is one additional batch of Proctin 20mg Capsule (fluoxetine) (batch number: 24007) as a precautionary measure following the recall of one batch of Proctin 20mg Capsule (batch number: 23001) on 18 Sep 2024 due to detection of N-nitroso-fluoxetine at levels above the acceptable level.
