Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Alliance Pharm Pte. Ltd. is recalling one batch of Physeptone 5mg Tablets (methadone) (batch number: 128319) to the retail level because discolouration of the PVdC film was found in a small number of blister pockets.
