Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Hyphens Pharma Pte. Ltd. is recalling 4 batches of Fluoxone Divule (fluoxetine) 20mg Tablet (batch number: 20J12B, 22A19, 22I21, 23B08) to the retail level due to detection of an impurity, N-nitroso-fluoxetine.
