Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Inova Pharmaceuticals (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is recalling one batch of Difflam Forte Throat Spray (benzydamine hydrochloride 3mg/ml) (batch number: 0503; non-SG pack) to the retail level due to erroneous distribution of stocks meant for another country, where the product carton packaging is different from the locally registered packaging.

In Hong Kong, Difflam Forte Anti-inflammatory Throat Spray 0.3% (HK-56223) is a pharmaceutical product registered by Inova Pharmaceuticals (Hong Kong) Limited (Inova). It is a pharmacy-only medicine. As confirmed with Inova, the affected batch has not been imported into Hong Kong.
