| Singapore: Recall of Debridat for Oral Suspension 250ml |

Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Pfizer Pte. Ltd. is recalling two batches of Debridat for Oral Suspension 250ml (batch numbers: 3835 and 3874) from the retail level because the company found the affected batches to have a low probability of containing a foreign material. The estimated possibility of finding the foreign material in a bottle of Debridat Oral Suspension is very small (0.0001%). No defect has been reported related to this issue for any batches that have been distributed. However, as a precautionary measure, the company is voluntarily recalling the products from the market.
