| Singapore: Recall of BD ChloraPrep™ Clear – 1 ml Applicator |

Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that BD Holdings Pte Ltd is recalling one batch of BD ChloraPrep™ Clear – 1 ml Applicator (2% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate and 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol) (batch number: 1224769) to the retail level. The shelf-life of the batch of BD ChloraPrep™ Clear – 1 ml Applicator cannot be substantiated beyond 12 months due to possible breach of sterility of the applicator.
