| Canada: Recall: Lacosamide 10mg/ml: Presence of particulate matter in affected lot |

Health Canada announces that Hikma Canada Limited is recalling one lot of Lacosamide Injection, USP 10mg/mL (lot number: 2302208.1) from wholesalers and healthcare establishments due to presence of particulate matter in affected lot.
The product is indicated as monotherapy in the management of partial-onset seizures in adult (≥18 years of age) patients with epilepsy and adjunctive therapy in the management of partial-onset seizures in adult patients with epilepsy who are not satisfactorily controlled with conventional therapy.
