| The United Kingdom: Class 3 Medicines Recall: Chiesi Ltd., Trimbow 87/5/9 mcg pressurised inhalation solution |

Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announces that Chiesi Ltd. has informed the MHRA about a potential issue with 2 batches of Trimbow 87/5/9 mcg pressurised inhalation solution (beclometasone dipropionate/formoterol fumarate dihydrate/glycopyrronium) (batch number: 1165031, 1150215). This is due to intermittent high results for the uniformity of delivered dose of formoterol fumarate observed during stability testing. As a precautionary measure, Chiesi Ltd. is recalling the above batches at the pharmacy and wholesale level.
