Health Canada announces that Jamp Pharma is recalling one lot of LUXA-D 2000 units capsules (vitamin D3) (lot number: S2520177) from wholesalers because a capsule containing a foreign product was found in the affected lot.
The product is indicated for the treatment and prevention of vitamin D deficiency.
