Health Canada announces that The Shandex Sales Group Ltd. is recalling the following products due to the presence of isopropyl alcohol in the affected lots:
- Equate Hydrogen Peroxide Solution 3% USP (lot number: 0556328, 0546090, 0557215)
- Medicare Hydrogen Peroxide Solution 3% USP (lot number: 0546090, 0556328, 0557214)
- Swan Hydrogen Peroxide Solution 3% USP (lot number: 0546364, 0550161, 0550164, 0556328, 0556347)
