Health Canada announces that Teva Canada Limited is recalling one lot of Teva-Piroxicam 10 mg capsule (lot number: 100058914) from retailers because the dissolution stability test is out of specification in the affected lot.
The product is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease) and ankylosing spondylitis.
