| Canada: Recall: SoluPrep Wipe; Out of specification - Chlorhexidine Gluconate |

Health Canada announces that 3M Canada Company is recalling all lots of SoluPrep Wipe and five lots of SoluPrep QD Wipe (lot numbers 111F, 221B, 225E, 346B, 383B) from wholesalers because the concentration of chlorhexidine gluconate may be out of specification in the affected lots.
