Health Canada announces that Professional Disposable International Ltd. is recalling 7 lots of Povidone-Iodine Prep Pad (iodine 1.0% w/w) (lot number: 11801249, 11900045, 11900603, 11901123, 12000394, 12000701, 12100314) from wholesalers because the assay may be out of specification in the affected lots.

In Hong Kong, Povidone-Iodine U.S.P Prep Pads (HK-60525) is a pharmaceutical product registered by Luen Cheong Hong Ltd (LCH) and manufactured by Professional Disposables International, Inc. As confirmed with LCH, the affected lots have not been imported into Hong Kong.
