Health Canada announces that Fresenius Kabi Canada Ltd is recalling 3 lots of Penicillin G Sodium for Injection, USP 10000000 unit / vial (lot number: 305609, 305610, 305873) from wholesalers, retailers and healthcare establishments because vials may be cracked in affected lots.
