Health Canada announces that Pharmascience Inc. is recalling one lot of PMS-PREGABALIN Capsule 50mg (lot number: 653166) from retailers and wholesalers because the affected lot may contain empty capsules.
The product is indicated for the management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia and spinal cord injury. It is also indicated for the management of pain associated with fibromyalgia.

In Hong Kong, PMS-Pregabalin Capsules 50mg (HK-62708) is a pharmaceutical product registered by Trenton-Boma Ltd (T-Boma). The product is a prescription-only medicine. As confirmed by T-Boma, the affected lot has not been imported into Hong Kong.
