| Canada: Recall: Oro Clense: missing lot and expiration date |

Health Canada announces that Gemiphene Corporation is recalling 2 lots of Oro Clense Mouthwash (chlorhexidine gluconate 0.12%) (lot number: 41205, 50234) from wholesalers and end users because the affected lots are missing the LOT number and EXP. date on immediate container label.
The product is indicated for use as part of a professional program for the treatment of moderate to severe gingivitis, and for management of associated gingival bleeding and inflammation according to the recommended dosage and frequency under supervision of a dentist.
