Health Canada announces that Pfizer Canada ULC is recalling one lot of Lidocaine Hydrochloride and Epinephrine Injection USP (lidocaine 2% & epinephrine 1:100) (lot number: LM4487) from healthcare establishments because affected lot may contain particles.
The product is indicated for production of local or regional anesthesia.
