Health Canada announces that JAMP Pharma Corporation is recalling two lots of Jamp Amoxi Clav Suspension (amoxicillin trihydrate 200 mg/5 mL, clavulanate potassium 28.5 mg/5 mL) (lot number: E30369, E30370) from retailers because the affected lots may contain amoxicillin and clavulanic acid concentrations that are outside of the acceptable limit.
JAMP Amoxi Clav Suspension (amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium) is indicated for the treatment of certain infections when caused by JAMP Amoxi Clav Suspension-susceptible strains of the designated bacteria as specified in the product monograph.
