Health Canada announces that JAMP Pharma Corporation is recalling one lot of JAMP-Escitalopram 20mg Tablet (lot number: H232451B) from wholesalers and retailers because the affected lot (JAMP-Escitalopram 20mg) may contain blisters of the foreign product Tillomed Gabapentin 100mg capsule.
Escitalopram is indicated in adults for the symptomatic relief of major depressive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. The obsessions and compulsions must be experienced as intrusive, markedly distressing, time consuming or interfering significantly with the person’s social or occupational functioning.
