Health Canada announces that Jamp Pharma is recalling one lot of JAMP Venlafaxine 37.5 mg capsule (lot number PTC5140A) from retailers because an incorrect label (Venlafaxine XR 37.5 mg) is attached to some units of the affected lot which contains: Venlafaxine XR 150 mg.
