Health Canada announces that Laboratoire Riva Inc. is recalling 2 lots of Riva-Oxazepam 15mg Tablet (lot number: D0522, D0555) from wholesalers and retailers because incorrect label (Riva-Oxazepam 30mg 500 tablets) may be appended to the affected lots that contains Riva-Oxazepam 15mg 500 tablets.
