Health Canada announces that Valeant Canada LP is recalling 2 lots of Contrave (Bupropion hydrochloride 90mg & Naltrexone hydrochloride 8mg) Tablet (Extended Release) from retailers because bottles of the affected lots could be perforated (lot number: ZNPZ, ZNSC).
