Health Canada announces that Vetoquinol N A Inc. is recalling 2 lots of Canadian Medicated Shampoo (salicylic acid, sulfur) (lot number: 508042, 507692) from wholesalers due to defective cap causing seal to break resulting in creation of white precipitate or black particles in cap.
