| Canada: Recall: Actifungi Cream: Affected batches do not comply with the conditions of the product marketing authorization |

Health Canada announces that Les Importations Herbasanté Inc. is recalling 3 lots of Actifungi Cream (Matricaria chamomilla 2.0 %, Thuja occidentalis 2.0 %) (lot number: 9227, 0443, 1765) from retailers because the affected lots do not comply with the conditions of the product marketing authorization.
Thuja is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help remove warts on the hands and feet. It is also used in herbal medicine to help relieve fungal infections. German chamomile is used in herbal medicine to help relieve minor inflammation and/or irritation of the skin.
