| Canada: Recall: APO-TRAVOPROST-TIMOP PQ: missing the documented justification for the results obtained |

Health Canada announces that Apotex Inc. is recalling one lot of APO-TRAVOPROST-TIMOP PQ Ophthalmic Solution (trravoprost - timolol (timolol maleate) 0.004 % / 0.5%) (lot number: VH4975) from retailers because the affected lot is missing the documented justification for the results obtained.
The product is indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in adult patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to beta-blockers, prostaglandins, or other IOP lowering agents and when the use of this product (the fixed combination drug) is considered appropriate.
