Health Canada announces that Jamp Pharma Corporation is recalling the following products from retailers and wholesalers because the dissolution for vitamin D3 is out of specification in the affected lots:
- Vidextra Tablet (lot number: B011345)
- JAMP-Vitamin D Tablet (lot number: B007557, B011322, B011323, B011324, B011325, B011331, B011333, B011334, B011335, B011336, B011337, B011338, B011339, B011340, B011341, B011342, B011343, B011344)
- AG-Vitamin D Tablet (lot number: B013048)
