Canada: Recall: Refresh Lacri-Lube Ointment
 
Allergan Inc. is recalling 13 lots of Refresh Lacri-Lube Ointment due to the potential for shedding of particulate matter from the cap. Details of the lot numbers affected can be found in the Health Canada website. The depth of distribution of the product is retailers.

Health Canada classified the hazard level of the recall as Type II, i.e. a situation in which the use of, or exposure to, a product may cause temporary adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.
