The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has tested a product labelled Dark Horse Capsules and found to contain the undeclared substance sildenafil. Consumers are advised that sildenafil is a prescription-only substance in Australia. Dark Horse Capsules have not been assessed by the TGA for quality, safety or efficacy as required under Australian legislation, and the place of manufacture is not approved by the TGA.
Consumers are advised to exercise extreme caution when purchasing medicines from unknown overseas websites. They are also advised to stop taking Dark Horse capsules and take any remaining capsules to their local pharmacy for safe disposal. If they have any concerns arising from the use of this product, consult their healthcare practitioner.
