Health Canada announces that Nutralab Corp Canada is recalling one lot of MapleLife Magnesium Bisglycinate 200 mg Capsule (lot number: MLMG252) from wholesalers and retailers due to undeclared source of medicinal ingredient Magnesium Oxide (label non-compliance).
Magnesium oxide is an antacid, a magnesium supplement in deficiency states and has been used for its osmotic laxative properties in bowel preparation.
