Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announces that Martindale Pharma is recalling a batch of Methadone 5mg tablets / Physeptone 5mg tablets (Batch number: 128319; Expiry date: 09/2025) as a precautionary measure due to the discolouration of the PVdC film in a small number of blister pockets.
