The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) informed consumers of a nationwide voluntary recall by Healthy People Co. after the products were found to contain undeclared sibutramine or tadalafil. Mince Belle, Everlax, Ever Slim, Ever Slim Shake Mix (Strawberry) and Ever Slim Shake Mix (Chocolate) were found to contain sibutramine and are promoted for weight loss. Acai-Man Mangosteen Herbal Drink and Perfect Men were found to contain tadalafil and are promoted for sexual enhancement.
