Health Canada announces that Marcan Pharmaceuticals Inc. is recalling the following products from wholesalers, retailers and healthcare establishments due to data integrity concerns with product's bioequivalence data. The affected products are:
- Mar-Diltiazem CD 120mg (lot number: MA9Z001, MA9Z002, MA9Z003)
- Mar-Diltiazem CD 180mg (lot number: MA9Z010, MA9Z011, MA9Z012)
- Mar-Diltiazem CD 240mg (lot number: MA9Z044, MA9Z045)
- Mar-Diltiazem CD 300mg (lot number: MA01065)
