Health Canada announces that Pfizer Canada Inc. is recalling 4 lots of Duavive Tablet (bazedoxifene 20 mg and conjugated estrogens 0.45 mg) (lot number: AH6679, X51932, DC8998, AN0290) from wholesalers and retailers because the affected lots may not meet the specification for dissolution of bazedoxifene during the product shelf-life.
