The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Ferring Pharmaceuticals Pte Ltd is recalling 2 batches of Minirin Nasal Spray (desmopressin) 0.1mg/ml (2.5ml) (batch number: R14347H, R14347L) to the consumer level because out-of-specification results where higher concentrations of the active substance, desmopressin, have been detected in the affected batches during testing. The affected batches are being recalled by the company.

In Hong Kong, Minirin Nasal Spray 0.1mg/ml (HK-30498) is a pharmaceutical product registered by Ferring Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Ferring), and is a prescription-only medicine.
