| The United States: A&P Creations LLC issues nationwide recall of X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement due to undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil |

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announces that A&P Creations LLC is recalling X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement (lot number: F090824LN16, F170325LN19, F300326LN28) to the consumer level because it has been found to contain undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil.
Sildenafil and tadalafil are active ingredients in the FDA-approved prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, respectively, used to treat erectile dysfunction. FDA approval of Viagra and Cialis is restricted to use under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. These undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.
As of September 14, 2026, A&P Creations LLC has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
X10 is a liquid product packaged in a red and gold box containing 7 red lightning bolt-shaped sachets, 15 mL each (105 mL total). The original Spanish-language package identifies the product as “X10” and describes it as “Bebida energizante” (energy beverage). The affected product was distributed to consumers in the United States through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us.
