| The United States: Schwinnng contains hidden drug ingredient |

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) continues to advise consumers not to purchase or use Schwinnng products. FDA is aware that additional Schwinnng products are being sold in packaging labeled as “On Command”. These products are being sold on https://buyoncommand.com/ and were found to contain nortadalafil.
According to the news released by FDA on 26 Dec 2023, FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that Schwinnng contains nortadalafil. Nortadalafil is structurally similar to tadalafil, the active ingredient in the FDA-approved prescription drug Cialis, used to treat erectile dysfunction. FDA approval of Cialis is restricted to use under the supervision of a licensed health care professional. This undeclared ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.
