| The United Kingdom: Class 3 Medicines Recall: Sodium Cromoglicate eye drops and Murine Hayfever Relief eye drops |

Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announces that FDC International Ltd is recalling the following batches of Sodium Cromoglicate 2% w/v Eye Drops 13.5ml and Murine Hayfever Relief 2% w/v Eye Drops 10ml due to the presence of a precipitate, which has been identified as sodium cromoglicate, in some bottles:
- Sodium Cromoglicate 2% w/v Eye Drops 13.5ml: Batch Number: 086I069; Expiry Date: 08/2019
- Murine Hayfever Relief 2% w/v Eye Drops (sodium cromoglicate) 10ml: Batch Number: 086L075; Expiry Date: 11/2019

In Hong Kong, Allercrom Eye Drops 2% (HK-43613) is a pharmaceutical product containing sodium cromoglicate which is manufactured by FDC Limited and is registered by Star Medical Supplies Ltd (Star Medicial). As confirmed with Star Medical, the affected batches have not been imported into Hong Kong.
