Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Duopharma (Singapore) Pte Ltd is recalling one batch of Famodine Tablet 20mg (batch number: 231015), containing famotidine, due to an out-of-specification test result for assay.
The product is indicated for benign gastric and duodenal ulceration, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, short-term symptomatic relief of heartburn or non-ulcer dyspepsia and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
