The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces a Class 2 Recall of Cosmoderm Luminous Pearl DARK SPOT CORRECTOR 30ml/bottle (Batch No.: 160427; Expiry Date: Apr 2019) from retail level because the product was tested to contain tretinoin. The manufacturer is Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd – Malaysia.
Class 2 recall is initiated when the problem or defect is unlikely to cause serious harm to users.
