Health Canada announces that Sandoz Canada Incorporated is recalling 2 lots of Sandoz Lisinopril HCT Tablet (hydrochlorothiazide 25mg, lisinopril 20mg) (lot number: PJ5263, PJ5264) from retailers following assay stability out-of-specification test results.
The product is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension in patients for whom combination therapy is appropriate.
