Health Canada announces that Tyros Biopharma Inc. is recalling three lots of Uriexo Capsule (lot number: 220511, 23536A, 234001) from wholesalers because they are unauthorized combinaiton of health products. Batches may also contain an expired test strip for urinary tract infections.
