Health Sciences Authority (HSA) announces that Pharm-D Singapore Pte Ltd is recalling one batch of Vusimide (furosemide) Oral Solution 10mg/ml, 120ml (sugar free, alcohol free, preservative free) (batch number: W15113) to the retail level because inconsistency of microbial limit findings were reported by the manufacturer.
