Health Canada has announced that Health First Network is recalling two lots of Health First Vitamin E 400 IU capsules (lot numbers: 14042, HL2252701) from retailers. This recall is due to the presence of an undeclared active ingredient. The identity of this undeclared active ingredient has not been specified in the Health Canada news release.
