| Canada: Recall: GHK-Cu & BPC-157 powder: Unauthorized active pharmaceutical ingredients |

Health Canada announces that Xenex Laboratories Inc. is recalling the following products from compounding pharmacies because the products sold are unauthorized active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
The affected products are:
- BPC-157 (5g & 50g) Powder (lot number: 73358, 73580, 74118 & 74119)
- GHK-Cu (5g & 50g) Powder (lot number: 73417, 73609, 73926, 73927 & 74120)

In Hong Kong, there is no registered pharmaceutical product/substance containing BPC 157 and GHK Cu. Related news was previously issued by Health Canada and TGA, and was posted on the Drug Office website on 10 Apr 2026 and 13 Apr 2026 respectively. The DH will remain vigilant on safety update of peptide products issued by other drug regulatory authorities.
